film is surely only loved by older Mums, Maiden aunts etc. It
does what it says on the tin - it is a love story. Its like a
film version of thos thin romantic paperbacks that get read whilst
eating chocolates. It follows a Mills & Boon type plot in
that a couple fall in love and make it against the odds only to
be parted by life itself.
a non-fan the most redeeming feature about the film is the charming
music. Obviously its not really a film that's great to get you
in the mood for romance on valentines day, but if you are going
to watch it make sure you have some paper hankies ready beside
you (for your tears).
